Who We Are

“I realized the importance of doing a job and doing it right. Pleasing your customers and enjoying what you’re doing. Sometimes success is disguised in hard work.”

- S. Truett Cathy

Meet the Operator

Joe Weber

In 2008, Joe Weber became the Operator of the Chick-fil-A Restaurant on Founders Parkway, back when Castle Rock was a much smaller town of approximately 35,000 residents that didn’t even have a hospital yet. At that time, the restaurant had a total of 24 employees. After 10 years of serving the community and growing, a second Castle Rock location was opened in 2019 on Promenade Parkway and the organization has grown to almost 200 employees.

As a multi-unit Owner/Operator, Joe spends most of his time providing clarity, focus, and alignment to the organization by empowering his leadership team to be thoughtful leaders who inspire all of those who work within the organization. He is passionate about providing a great first job to youth starting out in the workforce, teaching them how to be part of a successful team, and providing opportunities for all to learn and grow to continue to create the best version of themselves no matter what might be next in life for them.

Joe was born in Philadelphia PA, grew up in Tulsa OK, and has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University. Prior to becoming an Operator, he had a 17-year career with a national restaurant chain serving as a manager, general manager, and area director of operations. His wife of 33 years, Kellie, serves as the Marketing Director for both restaurants. He is an avid sports fan, Jeep fanatic, dog lover, and hiking enthusiast.

Our Purpose

Positive Influence

Serving others helps us focus on our relationships with our customers and each other as we work together to have a positive influence on the community of Castle Rock.

Serving is a mindset. At Chick-fil-A Castle Rock, our Team Members are the most important resource in our commitment to serving our customers. As a leadership team, we will be servant leaders focused on the needs of each member of our team and how our efforts can help them to succeed, achieve their goals and do their best work.

The customer is the center of everything we do. As a byproduct of serving our Team Members well, we as an organization will serve our customers well. Because ultimately, we are here to serve them, by putting their needs and requirements ahead of anything and everything else.

Our Values

We encourage and cultivate these values as a team.

The Highest Compliment

Receiving a Rock is the highest form of praise you can receive at Chick-fil-A Castle Rock.

Any Team Member can recognize a fellow Team Member for a job well done, going above and beyond, a guest compliment or role modeling our values.

By giving the Team Member a rock with their name, it symbolizes “You Rock.” Those rocks go into a bowl at our front door to display all of the extra efforts, compliments and examples of values. When that bowl fills up our team ceremoniously adds them to our landscaping, representing that those good deeds, efforts and hard work will continue to build the foundation of our restaurant and organization. They become a permanent part of who we are!

Our Business Framework

Every goal we set and decision we make is filtered through the lens of this Framework.
