Team Member

The role of the Team Member is to serve customers by delivering a memorable experience through excellent food (BOH) and positive interactions (FOH). A Team Member has received proper training in their role and should be able to carry out all expected tasks of each position within their area. A Team Member should also model our Core Values.

Mission

To serve guests in a variety of roles, following our Winning Hearts Everyday strategy. Provide guests with Core 4 and 2nd Mile Service and learn to be a good teammate.

Minimum Requirements

  • Consistent demonstration of our Core Values, has hustle and positive attitude

  • Maintain 8-10+ hours per week, some Saturday availability

Team Leader

A Team Leader is taking the first step into leadership by being responsible for someone other than themselves. They commit to becoming knowledge experts in specific job functions in order to train new Team Members in roles that lead to their success and excellence in customer service. Team Leaders act as role models for new hires and all Team Members.

Mission

To operationally support the restaurant by training new hires, identifying and communicating gaps in training processes and serving as a role model for Chick-fil-A standards. Provide feedback and evaluations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Maintain 15+ hours per week

  • Consistent demonstration of our Core Values, has hustle and positive attitude

  • Able to coach Pathway specific expectations

  • Excellent communication skills

Area Leader

An Area Leader is taking the next step in leadership by being responsible for a small group of people - a work team - within the larger team. They are responsible for executing the goals and objectives of the shift as well as ensuring their area of the restaurant is clean, organized, stocked and ready to serve customers with excellence. Area Leaders pre-shift communicate with their team and provide coaching, encouragement and feedback.

Mission

To execute the goals and objectives of the shift. Provide pre-shift communication with their team and offer coaching, encouragement and feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Maintain 20-25+ hours per week

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Training and knowledge expert on operating systems & processes

  • Consistent demonstration of our Core Values

Assistant Manager

An Assistant Manager is capable of delegating and leading others effectively in both FOH and BOH operations. They are able to identify skills and use aces in their places as well as mitigate roadblocks and de-escalate customer complaints. They need to be able to facilitate performance conversations with all Team Members. An Assistant Manager can properly manage a shift and ensure profitability and efficiency in the daily operation of the business.

Mission

To execute Winning Hearts Everyday strategy while leveraging Area Leader support. Responsible for shift management, game plans and achieving goals set by Managers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Maintain 28-30+ hours and 4 days/week

  • Must work minimum of 4 Open or Close shifts per week

  • Effective at developing others

  • Dedication to business success and embodies our Core Values

Manager

A Manager focuses on organizing, coordinating and managing a large portion of the business. They are responsible for making decisions that lead to long-term success, goal achievement and process improvement.

Mission

To execute Winning Hearts Everyday strategy while leveraging Assistant Manager support. Responsible for shift management, coaching and development. Understands our business framework and takes responsibility and ownership of process execution that results in achievement of long-term goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Maintain 40+ hours per week

  • Must work minimum of 2 Open or Close shifts per week

  • Goal & results driven; embodies our Core Values

  • Facilitate Team Member and above evaluations

  • Track record of maturity and professionalism
